Elevating Thought Leadership through a Case Library Launch

The Challenge

A global thought leadership organization with a wealth of insights, content, and industry data archives struggled to expand its audience and monetize its valuable resources effectively. Despite collecting vast amounts of data and content, the organization underutilized them, and the existing deployment lacked user-friendliness and accessibility.

The Approach

To unlock the full potential of the organization's data and content, we created a break through end-consumer digital design that set a new standard for presenting industry data, content and media. To ensure workability, we led a team of developers and data professionals in creating the minimum viable product (MVP) and soft-launch.  During the discovery and UX design phase, we uncovered an extensive - but not utilized - data set that could revolutionize how end users discover insights. We incorporated a new filtering and search system into the product design to enable this. However, executing this design required streamlining decades of legacy data and content through a New Data Structure and Automated Data Collection Process. We provided agile project management services throughout the project, collaborating with the client's existing development team and partners.

The Result

The newly designed MVP, with its simple and elegant user experience, transformed decades' worth of data into an accessible and insightful resource. In parallel with the design efforts, we also created a new client managerial content management system (CMS) and automated data and content collection processes for numerous local franchises worldwide. This comprehensive approach facilitated the launch of the MVP product, empowering the organization to deliver a cutting-edge digital insights publication. The transformation encompassed process optimization, automation, technical proposal requests (RFPs), and multi-year roadmaps. By revolutionizing how insights and data were presented and accessed, the organization achieved enhanced audience engagement, expanded monetization opportunities, and positioned itself as a leader in the thought leadership industry.
