Our workshops can be either a standalone service or an integral part of a more extensive engagement. Discovery Phase

In this phase, we emphasize understanding your customers and stakeholders. We develop customer personas, identify key insights, and segment your audience. We conduct stakeholder interviews, engaging with internal and external team members, board members, investors, and existing customers to gather a holistic perspective. The new opportunity, digital product, or service is then assessed for alignment with your organization’s mission, vision, and functional team goals. If it's expanding your mission or vision or perfectly aligning with the existing ones, we establish clarity and create a blueprint for the path forward.

We conclude this phase with key insights on business model innovation and revenue generation suggestions. This includes drafting preliminary pricing strategies and product tiers - covering aspects like freemium offerings, direct-to-customer, institutional, and enterprise approaches. We also explore partnership opportunities and cross-promotion with existing products and services among other strategies.

Product Development 

During this crucial phase, we collaborate with web development, UX, data, content, creatives, and business teams., If these capabilities are not in place, we step in with our resources to ensure the job gets done.

We develop a preliminary multi-year strategic and product roadmap for new digital products & services. Drafts of preliminary designs, wireframes, or working prototype concepts are drawn up for your Minimum Value Product (MVP) for your initial launch. At the same time, we map out preliminary pricing strategies, product tiers, partnership opportunities, cross-promotion with existing products, and more.

Our role extends to acting as your interim Agile product owners, business owners, or project managers, depending on the project needs. We will stay with you until the MVP is up and running for a soft launch.

Simultaneously with web development, we'll reassess and hone the revenue generation approaches initially drafted during the Discovery phase.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning

 We support your sales and marketing teams by providing key inputs  like pricing and discount strategy, lead generation + trial strategy, cross-selling opportunities, corporate sales and partner prospect lists,, product portfolio sub-brand architecture, key benefits of the new product or service, communication briefs and key messaging, content marketing + editorial pillars, performance marketing/SEM keyword ideation, SEO strategy, competitive briefings, and claim development and legal vetting.

Change Management Phase

This phase parallels the Project Phase, initiating the change management process. It includes stakeholder buy-in presentations and training, organizational planning, training existing teams or partners, writing job descriptions, and assisting with interviewing internal or external candidates for new positions. We remain on board to support the go-to-market effort as needed.

Hand-Off Phase

Our ultimate measure of success is when we have created living, breathing new customer-facing or internal-facing products, services, or new processes that your team can successfully carry forward. We provide briefings, documentation, process, and data maps and continue to advise your leaders as they take over day-to-day operations and start implementing the next phases of innovation.
