Change Management Phase
This phase parallels the Project Phase, initiating the change management process. It includes stakeholder buy-in presentations and training, organizational planning, training existing teams or partners, writing job descriptions, and assisting with interviewing internal or external candidates for new positions. We remain on board to support the go-to-market effort as needed.
Hand-Off Phase
Our ultimate measure of success is when we have created living, breathing new customer-facing or internal-facing products, services, or new processes that your team can successfully carry forward. We provide briefings, documentation, process, and data maps and continue to advise your leaders as they take over day-to-day operations and start implementing the next phases of innovation.
